I provide individual therapy to adults of all ages.

Why choose therapy?
There are as many reasons to come to therapy as there are people. Therapy can be helpful in understanding ourselves more deeply, it can help us identify and make changes that improve our life situation, and it can help us shift our relationships with ourselves and others so that we feel more connected and alive. Therapy is a relational process. Healing and change happens in the context of exploring and making sense of your life situation together. Having a strong relationship with your therapist is a very important aspect of successful treatment.

Appointments are 55-60 minutes and are generally scheduled weekly.
I offer in person and teletherapy appointments.
